They have huge losses and capital deficiencies, yet still manage to award their executive (I think there's only one) with $750,000. And the $750K number they assign is actually a misrepresentation, it's closer to double that number if you look at the annual report. I can't believe these companies are even allowed to exist. Some poor old lady in Florida is going to be sold these by a crappy Investment Advisor.
