China oil consumption to increase from present 4 billion barrels per annum to 13 billion by mid 2020s. Talks with Australia for expanding coal imports. Scrubbers/wind/solar are requisite for keeping China from turning into veritable cesspool. They are close now. Most solid green techs in China will outperform
