The way this business is run, the low cost supply contracts it has secured, political pressure to be more earth-conscience, the opportunity to make big sales in developing China's power infrastructure, and its penetration into several markets (Euro and US) spells a win to me.

P/E may seem high to some, but there is a lot more E to come.

This is also one of the extremely few alternative energy plays that even have a positive P/E to sport.
