SIVs need to be dealt with and until they are this stock has more risk than I'd like. IF it deals with that problem, it is a buy. May be somewhat premature to mark it as a buy now.

I've lost interest in US stocks, at least for now, ..sold em all. I'm currently holdind China and Canada. -couldn't be happier. Besides, too many known (and unknown) crooks in the US, ..doesn't help matters.
