Its a high competition market, however with ipods the desire for external hard drives with storage space needs that noone ever thought would be neccesary for the consumer is on the rise, and big time. Terabyte external high speed USB 2.0 / firewire drives are hot, and Seagate delivers along with western digital. I believe its severely depressed at the moment and will get better. People need to store the 10 GB dvds they are downloading and sharing.
