The CEO's open market purchase last may cancels out the continuing weakness on the charts. The valuation numbers I see on morningstar.com look good too.
This was up around $9.5 for a short time. It was due for a correction then but as frequently happens the correction got overdone.
$5-7 seems about right to me now.
Charts still look like crap but insiders still not selling. The $5+ valuation still looks reasonable to me so this pick is staying active for now.
