A streamlined microcap making materials (steel) for construction and manufacturing in China, with a reasonable, okay...value-level PE. It'll be a bumpy ride..but, definitely up, barring no unforseen rise in raw materials costs. The impending US crackdown on inflation (c'mon Ben, since you talk the talk, walk the walk) should also go some way to stabilizing commodities like coal and iron--for markets which tie their currency to the dollar.
