I am trying to understand why anyone would think SWIR is worth 20% more when SWIR itself just sold 3.4 Million Shares at 22.40 effectively lowering the market price. If we vote out the board and get a board that cares about the sotckholders and have enough confidance in the company to not sell off shares when the market is down and wait until it is up, then I agree SWIR would go up in value.
