Southwestern Energy is the leader in the Fayetteville Shale natural gas play and that play is just now beginning. They have 19 drilling rigs working and each one will drill about 20 wells a year. As a leader, SWN is also developing new ways to fracture the shale more successfully and cheaper. It should be good for a long time and the price of natural gas should continue to rise.
