Have you used its products? It used to be the best, but as time goes on it gets worse and worse. I used to be a follower but as I upgrade I will look elsewhere. The programs gum-up your computer, customer service is horrible - try it or read just about any message board. Look at ratings on CNET or PC Word, rarely is a Symantec product near the top of the list. As the population gets more computer savy, people will realize there are cheaper and better programs out there (some even for free - Zone Alarm, anyone?).
