Now that the merger with Bellsouth is closed, AT&T now controls about half of the telecommunication networks in the US. With this, AT&T owns 100% of the leading wireless communication network, Cingular. If you haven't heard already, Apple seems to have a little nack for releasing its products to Cinglular. First, it was the Motorola ROKR and now the iPhone. The company still has a lot of growth ahead as it attempts to offer bundled services on voice, video, and high-speed internet at lower prices than cable companies.
