I don't understand it. I simply don't understand it.

So many people here are actually picking TASR to beat the market, yet the current chart says it's clearly in a descending pattern. So clear a pattern that it isn't even necessary for me to draw in any trendlines.

Ok, do yourselves a favor. See that red line (20 day exponential moving average)? Don't even think about making a outperform pick until the share price is over that line. Then wait for the price to cross over the green line (50 day standard moving average). Once you reach these two milestones, the price should be signalling whether it's even conceivable that it may make a run.

Then evaluate the financials (again if you've already done so) and make a determination whether it would be prudent to "buy". I don't care what the financials say right now, Mr. Market is so down on this stock that I'd wait for him to calm down. Seriously. And I don't even like the financials...

Oh, and do you really think that the company is going to get much out of that lawsuit against naked short selling? Shouldn't they be focusing on something else (like growing a legitimate business) besides doing someone else's job (going after the crooks) -- even if that someone else ISN'T doing a very good job?

Yeah- what you say. Those trend lines are completely ugly. So, Thanx. But not sure with this stock they tell the whole story, as there really isn't any rhyme nor reason for this debable (which btw, continued even after your post, as the trends suggested). Perhaps an issue with the overall float. And, the upbeats may have seen how large orders caused this thing to run in recent memory...its been awhile for those kind of orders, but many anticipate some soon.
