A company name that has entered the lexicon as a verb (and yes, I've been tased) is one to recon with. The management has problems, but there is no better product as an alternative to deadly force (pepper spray would be the closest one, but it is not equally effective on all parties). I keep expecting that either another management team will be brought in, or that the company will be bought by a larger firm (or that an investment firm will buy it, take it private, restructure it, and then reoffer it).
