Sweet start price! The market doesn't believe the mine will be built. Or exists. Or something. Or there are larger forces manipulating the pps in the hops of getting in low. Or. just too much emotional hysteria surrounding this stock due to misinformation. Take your pick. It really doesn't matter, just get in and enjoy the ride for a few years. (Hope you threw some real cash at this :-), not just CAPS cash.)
