TCAP = small diversified investor in small and medium sized businesses. Just increased their dividend again with current price the yield is over 9%. Expected growth of about 9.5% versus about a 10 forward P/E shows the company is reasonably valued. Company is a great financial shape and growing. Where else can you find a company without a lot of debt, growing at nearly 10% a year with a 9% dividend?
