This is a valuation call on a great company with solid management in a growing industry. Once again, I believe that the market is undervaluing the utility of offshore companies and what a major role they will play in the upcoming years following, what seems to me, to be the post-peak oil era of our economy. The price of oil is making new deepwater drilling viable and companies, like TDW, with experience in the field will be able to consolidate their position and grow earnings at an accelerated rate.
