Another logical pick after going after the Technology 3X leveraged Bull Index. Technology is one of those sectors where you know you have tangible products and generally increasing capital expenditures, even with the recession. It should be one of the first sectors to lead us out of this mess and makes a logical thumbs up pick and thus TYP a three thumbs down pick.
