This one has continued slipping for over a year now as it dropped from the mid $20's down to $17 where it sits now. However, it seems to have found a little support at this mark and has not dropped much below the $17-$20 relm in the last five years. With low end estimates of $1.90 EPS in 2012 and a forward PE of 8-9, I find it hard to believe that this shouldn't be trading at $20-22. TEF is in a solid industry to weather the current conditions in Europe and has dropped to a point that I can't resist buying, simply for the value if nothing else.Oh yea, TEF is one of those popular dividend plays too I guess.
