If I can buy Target for just a slight premium over a pigsty like Big Lots, that seems pretty solid to me. The real competitor, of course, is Wal-Mart, but I think Target is more innovative right now. Adding their grocery sections and "red card" savings of 5% off-the-top will only bring customers back into their stores more and more frequently. Sounds like a growing moat.
