not always as low priced as, but trendier and more upscale than competitors. Good quality merchandise for the price. Is a good neighbor--gives back to the communities where it does business.

Walmart's allure is dead. Target is taking over customer mindshare in the thrifty middle class consumer. Valuation is extrememly attractive here for the long haul...patience will be important, but rewarded, I think.

Target is a brand I like, and it is a store I use. They have nice design, good product selection, *and* low prices. WalMart only has low prices IMHO.

The stock has done well recently, but I expect it to continue to slightly outpace the market.
