Perhaps a contrarian call, I think this is one of the weakest rule breakers. I don't think they have a good strategy for financing going forward; too much reliance on dilution rather than projecting that their stocks currently under 'incubation' might play a role in future financing led me to sell my shares and short TINY, a short that has done well so far for me.
