Bad jokes aside, at open air mall in SJ today and it looked like the holidays. Late spring fever? Things around Atlantic City area & southern NJ do not appear so disrupted. Yes gas is high, real estate flat, new housing slow not dead, lets say a little bit slower than ave norm. Maybe the boom so fast, enduring and prosperous altered the sense of traditional economic trends. I mean that was a real party, sometimes I find myself enjoying this respit. The fear is long and enduring boom cycle relative to slow enduring slow cycle. The gamming industry my have padded SJ for now. My opinion, I'll stay to the thrifty side and keep dept to the very minimum.
