careful with pcs here, they have a huge cash position, $8per share and they shot up solidly above 8 again from regaining recently lost investor confidence. they were only as low as 6 from a bad quaterly report which was their first. one m ore chunk of good news could shoot them up again another 2$ and they are also a possible buy out candidate. they are targeting the poorer communities. plus advertising very well. if they dont last forever they should do ok for a while.
