Undergoing a corporate restructuring for the sole purpose of increasing shareholder value. Companies willing to go the extra mile for share growth are companies to which I'll pay attention.

you've misread the terms, my friend - the restructuring as proposed took enormous value away from the TNE shares and moved it to voting shareholders - that's why the preferred holders, Brandes in particular, voted it down - hopefully the next time around terms will be better - the stock is cheap if they don't overly dilute preferred holders (TNE shares)
