Bet on the Brazilian economy and the population growth in Latin America. LA is still overlooked and underbooked in most folk's portfolios- I think this is the year of the fado and cabellero! Telecom minted the world's richest man (Mexico's Movil tele). This company is the leader in their region, and have the catchiest advertising (Oi!). Earnings growing faster than peers (125% vs 52%), but priced at a significant discount to peers:

P/E/G: 0.12 vs 3.42
P/ProjEarnings: 7.32 vs 15.84
P/CF: 2.55 vs 17.82
P/Sales:0.84 vs 1.74
P/Book: 1.37 vs 3.92
