Oi is looking good to buy Brasil Telecom which will give them dominating market presence in Brazil. One of the great thing about landline carriers, even though mobile is growing as well, is that as more middle class people can afford it, they get more phones, but also internet starts to become huge. Oi can be a huge part of that.
