If your looking to add a utility company or foreign exposure to your portfolio this is a pretty good option, especially considering it's dividend payment and its dominate market share. Not a 10 bagger anytime soon, but undervalued by about 3 dollars...

The emerging markets sell off has left this company drastically under-valued. Massive cash flows and still a fair amount of growth potential left for this company make it a very attractive global security.

Don't know much about this stock other than it has a low p/e, the fools like it and it is oversold. Primed for an easy 10% snap back. Everything about the company looks positive.
