The banks assets in Florida are toast and with CSE's own loss of capitalization it can't take on the debt. It'll be a long time before TONE is 15 again. Management should look for buyouts - maybe Wells Fargo or Gulf state

Buyout is coming. I believe it will happen as is, but if not it will be restructured just a little & still a good deal. Can't beat the spec price right now either.
