Definitely risky, at the same time George Economou recently increased his position. To me this one is an outperform.

Keep in mind that Economou increased his position via a private placement deal, where TOPS issued new shares and gave them to Economou at the sweetheart price of 7 per share. It isn't like he bought them on the open market, and that causes dilution in the shares.

Oh yeah, he got a sweet deal... and if anything goes sour he can always sell his shares to DRYS. :)
