OK what the secret here. Befor I read the comments I becuase of that am foolishly making this pick. Caps helped me find two of my best stocks ever. HOS,FRO both shown me well over 10% in a very short time. Love the boats historicly great div. that puts FRO up around 12% more. this pick is purely sector. lets see.
