The French will "KISS ANY A%$" in the world to make a buck, so with alot of the oil in the world located in areas that any self-respecting American company (plus the legal restrictions) can't or won't go. This has be a thumbs up on making money!

The oil patch is loaded with cash this French company should benefit from it's ability to operate worldwide. The only down side is when profits fall from billions to millions.
