Recs
This is a "spec play" on possible rebound.
In very light, but wanted some just to see if I could catch "the wave".
They are a good company with a good product that got caught up in the "mattress wars", and someone "dumped" them big on the 6th.
Not risking a lot of money, but wanted to add some "spice" in this weird market.
JMO and worth exactly what I am charging for it.
Sold half, which I might regret, but just could not pass up a 40% plus profit in 30 days.
I bought this hoping to 'catch a wave" and I did.
At this point, it might not be the biggest wave coming, but why get greedy.
Will hold the rest and keep watching to see what happens.
Taking this profit now provides me with some downside protection in the intermediate term.
I still think they are a good company, with a good product, but in this economy and market, anything can happen.
JMO and worth exactly what I am charging for it.
nice play
Thanks mhy729
I think over the long run, this has even more potential, but it is starting to trade in a range, and is not the kind of company I normally invest in, so the next time it get up to about 50%, I will probably sell and redeploy the funds on some other ones I own that have been beaten down by "day traders", but without real justification.
Haven't decided for sure yet, but that is what I will likely do.
I don't need to get greedy on a "semi-lucky" call, so 45% in a couple of months will probably be it.
Good luck in this "topsy/turvy", makes no sense market.
It didn't quite reach the 50% profit level I was looking for, but decided to go ahead and add to my cash position for now.
I still like them for the long term, and will continue to watch them.
Who knows, on one of these really, really schitzo market days, I may be able to get back in them at a ridicuously low price again.
