Weakness in auto demand coupled by a major integration problem will depress earnings for the next few years. Losing share to RouteOne will hurt business as well. DMS is a dog.

Having been in the finance dept for a car dealership for the past 6 years, I can honestly say they offer the best tools on the market. I can't imagine a time before dealertrack. They have revolutionized the approval process for those of us in the bus...
