If you look at highly rated Diana Shipping (DSX) you'll see a PE of 28 while over at TRMD you have a similar market cap that produces 5 times the revenue, 3 times the dividend, more than double the profit margin and at a PE of under 4. This is a deal worth investing in. I'm bailing on overrated and overpriced EXM and stashing that cash in TRMD.
