As the residential housing market slump continues, I expect ol' Don will find it easier to negotiate with contractors and banks who are having trouble finding customers. He has a number of projects progressing in the NYC suburbs, right now, and I expect he's going to do just fine for himself and his shareholders.

But, can he let go of the casinos?? That's the question? He needs to step down and let the banks do what is best for the share holders. He's done in AC., all the other casinos are new and the younger more upscale gamblers don't like him. Plus, his casinos are DIVES!! If he gets out of the way I could get my money back for his stock. Other wise I will use it for wall paper.
