Is almost 1.4 billion in debt, didn't earn money last year, gambling while profitable is a relatively competitive marketplace. Best of all, is owned by Trump who has constantly enriched himself at the expense of investors through the years. No such thing as a sure thing, but you gotta love this one.

OK, so Trump sadly isn't directly involved in running the company anymore. And the real estate value is high enough to make it a potential takeover target. But is overall in a very weak competitive position relative to other companies that aren't overwhelmed by debt.

how does he enrich himself at the cost of investors in this project?
I can see that this project is a sucker, but how is it helping him personally?
