Reversion to the mean is a natural part of any market shakeup. Where that mean is is determined by fundamental factors.T Rowe is wildly successful. What I find most interesting is that they didn't take the hook and locate their HQ in NYC, preferring the cheaper Baltimore and its proximity to the top research university since forever. T Rowe's services and track record as more age and want to put their capital to work.Highly impressive management.
