Another tech pic with some high beta for the portfolio. This stock will move higher as a bullish move takes place into tech in 2007. Taiwan semi has a PreTax earnings of 43.3% and trades at a multiple of 13, giving it plenty of room to move higher.

Their dividend and splitting has made TSM a longterm keeper for me at this time.
