TSO, great management, great service, the economy is coming back, frankly I think TSO is a sure thing

I think TSO will probly rise in price performance too; however, 10.2% unemployment is 10.2% fewer commuters, and that is where the bulk of most driving takes place. On the other hand fuel consumption normally picks up a bit around the holidays and into spring.
