Looks like it will spread its wings today. I would like to see a solid break of 4.00!

rumor has it that it is a great product but docs don't like using it because of the"entry point" : )

Thanks man...this stock can really get moving once the mojo kicks in. I had sold 1/2 my stake when it blew through 5 the last time and watched the rest of my shares go deep red. As much as I wanted to let it go I had to buy back in October... : )

I expect to see $5.00 again...I don't think they are a great company by any means but any reimbursement news is pretty key for a company like this. NUVA is probably a better play to go long at these levels if you like this "sector"...

Thanks for the pointer to NUVA. It looks "interesting". It seems to be settling after the court rulings. I'll tag it for some analysis.
TRANS one is benefiting from the low float, so certainly has potential. The legal issues that drove it down might be fading now that they have positive news, but one has to wonder how loyal those big hedge funds are and what their target is.
