At under $18 this looks like a good time to get in on one of the top companies in one of the fastest growing economies.

Just because it makes sense to say "ta-ta" to Ford and GM shouldn't mean Toyota, Honda and Tata should be selling at clearance prices. But they are, bargain hunters, they are.
