The last several visits I have made to a TUES location had me walking away wondering why there didn't appear to be any turnover of inventory in 3/4 of the stores. So much of it is stale and looks like it has been in the store for years.
Now add in ebay's new wholesale website that will sell to ebay sellers, more competition for the same close out products.
TUES was quite the grower when they were new, now many others have invaded their supply channels.
