Despite this currently being a Zacks Strong Buy pick I wouldn't pay more than $2.4 for it.
Entering underperform picks while Zacks rates the stock in question a "Buy" is not good strategy in my experience. Zacks methodology is good for the very short term they make no bones about specializing in.
The reverse also holds true in my experience.
