On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, I rate TWC customer service from its corporate office down to its call centers a 0. I think increasing competition with competitors offering much better pricing and better customer service, unless you live in a TWC monopolized area, will move customers to TWC competitors in the future.
