This stock has a well-established foothold on the semiconductor business (think DLP), as well as expansion of its calculator sector. Remember, they were one of the first to produce handheld calculators, and their TI-84 and TI-89 graphing calculators are in high demand by students as a standard for all graphing calculators (I should know, I am one. It doesn't hurt that you can play games on them). Combine that with good fundamentals and a low P/E, and you get an outperformer.(Disclaimer, I own 19 shares of TXN)
