Solid historical track record. The wireless market may dip here and there, but it will only go up long term.

Strong fundamentals, down over 20% at this point where market is suffering less than 1/2 that. TXN will recover as fast as it fell

The P/E ratio is low, and I think this company is well positioned in cell phone and dsp chips to capitalize on conversion to digital tv.
