Relatively low P/E when viewed against future earnings estimates.

Fuel prices could start trending lower within the next 3 months, since the peak travel season is already 1/3 over.

Lower nonfuel costs, including labor, maintenan...

They may have had a short term recovery recently, but United has some serious problems and shortcomings in a competitive and tough sector. Despite some improvements and good ideas (including Economy Plus) their customer service and efficiency still l...

A dividend discount model for the price of UAUA would probably say the stock is worthless, because there's little prospect this cash-burning company can pay a meaningful and lasting dividend before they eventually go BK again.

Huge capacity cuts are coming one way or another. In this basket trade I am fully expecting at least 2 90% losses, but believe they will be more than overcome from the upside to the survivors. If, as I suspect, oil and jet fuel spreads give up a mo...

They will drive the stock up when it's time for the execs. to sell and it will dump on its own immediately after. If you want to take a wild roller coaster ride, this is the company. If you want good management, go elsewhere.

United is on the rebound, get in while they are young again. Still leading the industry with the best mileage rewards program and trying to maintain high quality at a lower cost. Out of bankrupcy and on the rise.

As stated in the article directing me here, the underpinnings on fuel prices were written far too liberally - we won't see oil below $60 per barrel again. Their best hope is to get bought out - but who wants to buy their debt? They will be gone withi...
