I think the company has largely put the stock options issue behind it, though they still must re-state earnings going back a ways. Obviously, the earnings restatements could be worse than everyone thinks, but the company has already warned about that. I think the price reflects most of this now, and stock has become a value. I am worried, however, about the rise in long-term debt in the second quarter, though the $7 cash per share makes me feel a little better. Good for the long haul, I think.
