No reason for this company's recent strength to fade. UNH recently reported lower utilization, which should continue to overhang hospitals and bode well for HMO’s. Most of the managed care firms that have yet to report should see the same solid results and stocks from this industry are expected to continue to climb higher.
Most shorts had covered and it is hard to imagine many traders being comfortable with being short on any of these names ahead of the coming reports from the rest of Managed Care.
