Very good financials here. With a current PEG ratio of only 0.40(!), a forward P/E of 8.34, profit & operating margins of 26% & 41% respectively, RoA=17.4%, RoE=28.2%, a Debt/Equity ratio of only 12% (very low for the oil & gas industry), this looks like a winner to me. Besides with Tom Gardner's column in this month's Money online (see http://money.cnn.com/galleries/2007/fortune/0706/gallery.6trends.fortune/index.html for details), I can't bet against Tom (well, not on this one anyway!).
